An amazing pen that levels the playing field and the average Joe can afford. All to get people to the reason they bought the ink. The boxes are similarly made and printed. The labels are printed in house with Noodler’s Ink. The bottles and caps are a standard bottle that is made by several manufacturers so he can always leverage for the lowest price, unlike other luxury brands that get their proprietary bottles from one supplier that controls the cost. A big bottle filled to the brim with the best ink in the world that anyone that loves to write can afford along with the richest people.Īll bottles, caps, labels and ink are American made, mostly locally sources. Meaning that their is no expensive or cheap gear involved. Noodler’s because it is like fishing for catfish with your hand. Cool how the Company’s name is Noodler’s Ink like Inc. This is yet another beautiful ink from Mr. Seriously, I get so excited when another bottle of Noodler’s Ink comes in the mail. He knows my mailbox will be empty so he can stiff more junl mail in the next day. My postal clerk loves it when I get Noodler’s Ink profducts in the mail.
Then again it all comes down to personal preference. I don’t usually leave negative reviews on things, but this ink earned it’s low rank.
Oh! And if you want to cover large areas with this you can forget it unless you’re going for a blotchy look. ) Over all it was not worth my money, I’ll keep it around in case I decide to dabble in calligraphy, though. (Previously used Daler Rowney india ink, only reason I tried this is because it’s waterproof and DR isn’t. I think it’d be fine for calligraphy or any type of writing, but not for drawings.Īrtists, beware! I use bottled ink for my mapping and G nibs and have been using this for a few days now. This ink has been a nightmare to work with. It could give a really cool effect, but it is not what I was looking for when purchasing this ink. Might I add that when it dries it is incredibly patchy. It takes at least three layers of ink before it looks black. Also, this ink, like another reviewer said, is grey. If you’re sensitive to smells, this ink is NOT for you. The smell when you open up this ink is so strong and smells like chemicals, it was so strong it made me lightheaded and woozy. *Sucks in air through my teeth* How do I put this? Stinks.
